WHO IS VIBE AFRICA?
Vibe Africa is an innovative Point Of Sale and restaurant management system with many products all working hand-in-hand. The products include the POS, Tenant Portal, Web App, Mobile App and Admin Portal for Vibe Africa internal management of the system.
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED & SOLUTION
Understanding industry was a big challenge to us and by continuously working with the Vibe Africa team and industry experts we managed to tackle issues faced in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
Time: Considering the initial Vibe Africa product was not usable, Paxxio had to start from scratch and after only seven months of active development we have put out an enterprise ready software where customers are already being onboarded and trained on the system.
Skills learned from the project: SaaS (Software as a service): Paxxio developed a modern and user-friendly software from scratch in line with the POPI Act.
CUSTOMER APP FOR EXPANDED REACH
The Vibe Africa consumer app was designed to be a single solution for finding restaurants, making reservations, booking tickets, cashless transactions, and ease.
