WHO IS SMART DMS?
Smart DMS (Dealership Management System) is a system designed for the automotive industry. All the business’s management under one system to streamline processes.
Paxxio initially started off as consultants on the Smart DMS project and after finding significant security concerns in the initial project we took over development and started the project from scratch.
CHALLENGES
Scale of the system: As a dealership not only manages sales of cars, we had to take into consideration all aspects of the business. Having to look at multiple processes at a time can be confusing and can interfere with tasks at hand.
Finding hardware suitable to integrate with the system: We had to take a deep dive into what is in the market in terms of hardware to assess what’s valuable to our project to make it cost effective as well.
